Led by CEO Frank L. Beaman, the FCHS administration department is responsible for day-to-day oversight of operations, regulatory and legal compliance, and policy development/implementation.

The challenges facing healthcare are numerous. Pending federal and state legislation, managed care contracting and payment reductions from all payers will require us to be more pro-active with patient care. Our CEO remains committed to staying informed on all issues that impact our hospital.

Beaman continues to lead the hospital and industry through his activity on the Texas Hospital Association Rural Constituency Council and board membership of the Texas Organization of Rural & Community Hospitals. Serving in these offices will assure that he is informed of state and national healthcare issues that impact rural communities, Jack County, and FCHS.
