The social services department at Faith Community Hospital is comprised of social workers who understand the impact that illness and related challenges have on patients and their loved ones.

Our compassionate professionals help people solve problems, strengthen their coping skills, and recover from painful experiences. We also assist patients in communicating meaningfully with their healthcare teams and help in accessing local resources.

Our social workers help patients with many challenges, including:

• Grief and bereavement
• Job- or school-related concerns
• Living with chronic illness
• Mental health and substance abuse
