Driving Faith
As the healthcare industry continues to evolve regarding reform, technology, education, and care, the Faith Community Health System Charitable Foundation has been at the forefront in assisting our local health system keep up with critical changes while advancing other essential healthcare and social needs throughout Jack County.

Comprised of volunteers, the FCHS Charitable Foundation has been key in helping the health system make several big projects happen, such as the Swan Family Wellness Center and the permanent mammography unit at Faith Community Hospital.
Despite the focus on supporting local healthcare, the Foundation is also known for supporting other initiatives throughout the community. Through volunteerism, financial and in-kind donations, the Faith Community Charitable Foundation has worked to back various functions across Jack County, such as Shape Up in Faith. Also, the Foundation has also provided essential support for Jack County schools.
